Installation work
5-year warranty for all installation work. If defects arise due to our work, we fix them free of charge.
Material quality
Up to 50-year manufacturer’s warranty on materials. We work only with certified suppliers.
Waterproofing
We guarantee that your roof will be 100% watertight. No leaks—this is our promise.
Structure
If we carry out structural work, we guarantee its strength and compliance with standards.
Warranty process
If you noticed a problem – don’t worry. Here’s what we do:
You report the problem
Call or write. Describe what you noticed. You can add photos.
We arrive within 48 hours.
Our specialist will come to assess the situation. In urgent cases (leak) – even faster.
We assess and agree
We determine the cause and offer a solution. If it’s a warranty case, the work is free of charge.
We carry out the work
It is fixed by the same team that carried out the initial work. We know every detail.
